Other works

There are a few works that don’t seem to fit elsewhere. Here are 3/4 drawings that have a performative dimension to them though they are neither actions nor scores.

I made many actions that happened in the domestic environment – rituals and activities that were variations on things we do in daily life with ordinary domestic objects and materials.

In Action Bivouacs, a person sat inside each of the three bivouacs. One person, smoked a cigarette and blew smoke through an opening (with a flap) in the newspaper; another, breathed in a very pronounced fashion through a hole; and the third person blew bubbles through the hole in the other bivouac. Printed on three signs were the words: smoke out; breathe out; blow out.
